The six vendors ask most.
- Do I have to buy the agent to be on the marketplace?
- No. The marketplace listing is free forever — no commission, no upsell. The Sales Agent is a separate product for vendors who want their own WhatsApp answering automatically.
- What counts as a 'conversation'?
- A conversation is the 24-hour window Meta uses for WhatsApp pricing — any back-and-forth with one customer inside 24 hours counts as one, no matter how many messages.
- What happens if I go over my conversation cap?
- The agent stays on. We charge the per-conversation overage rate for your tier, and we ping you at 80% and 100% of your cap so it's never a surprise. You can upgrade any time.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Both products are month-to-month. Cancel any time from your console — your WhatsApp number goes straight back to manual.
- Will pricing change?
- If anything changes, we'll tell you in your console + on WhatsApp first, with at least 30 days' notice. Existing tiers are grandfathered on the price you signed up at, for the current billing cycle.
- Do you take a commission on my sales?
- No. The chat is between you and the buyer; we never see your sales numbers. The agent SaaS is priced on the conversations your business handles, not on what they're worth.
